By his invented carbon filtration Bacardi got lighter and new kind of white rum, easy to sip neat and suits very well on cocktails. It’s very light, nose have some vanilla and fruits. Taste is neutral, there is some sweetness and fruitness, some molassis and wood. Aromas are very gentle and light, nothing really disturb there. Burn is mild and aftertaste short. It’s smooth, well balanced, light rum. Very basic white rum, mixer to be used for cocktails.
